Tools & Games to Reclaim Your Yes’ and No’s

Learn about Boundaries & Play Interactive Games

This workshop is for you, if you. . . 

* find you lose yourself in relationships, platonic or romantic
* give too much, then feel depleted or like something is wrong
* overextend yourself then find it hard to know what you really want
* agree to things that you later regret 

Combining elements of growth and play,
this 90-minute workshop will have both
Learning and Interactive Games:   

–  Learn  – 

* The difference between a need, want, and desire
* What gets in the way of speaking our boundaries
* Tools that help to set boundaries with ourselves and others
* How fight, flight, and freeze theory plays out when working with boundaries, and what to be aware of  

–  Games  –

* Play partnered games that will give you a felt sense of what it means to give authentic yes’ and no’s
* Slow down the inner process of decision making
* Explore in a connection “laboratory” that will allow you to gain new insights about your inner voice
* Recognize your truth even while others are making demands of you
* There is no requirement to participate in any/all of the games and you will always be at choice

We will be using Zoom, which will also allow us to play games and share experience with other attendees. Zoom links will be provided to everyone who registers before the workshop.

Replays of the educational portions of the workshop will be available for those who register.

Our events are offered on a sliding scale ($10-25usd)
as well as a pay-what-you-can option.

We want our events to be accessible to as many people as possible
while also being sustainable. Please don’t hesitate to reach out
