practical theory,
personal reflection,

during this 90-minute workshop*

  • Learn the most common obstacles to self love, and how to remove them 
  • Explore physical, emotional, and practical ways to reconnect with yourself 
  • Understand how fight, flight, or freeze theory can help us return to love 
  • Be equipped with Communication Tools that will help you be more loving to yourself 
  • Discover how to love yourself in a way that’s unique to you 
  • Recognize what’s in the way of loving yourself so you know what to focus on 
  • Connect with others who are also learning to love themselves

  • We will be using Zoom, which will also allow us to interact and share experience with other attendees.
  • Zoom links will be provided to everyone who registers before the workshop.
  • Replays will be available for those who register.

 

Cost

  • Our workshops are offered on a sliding scale ($10-25usd) as well as a pay-what-you-can option.
  • We want our events to be accessible to as many people as possible while also being sustainable. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if cost is a challenge to your attendance.
